  • All orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Order cut-off time

  • Orders placed before 6:00 PM (EAT) on business days (Monday–Saturday) will be processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM (EAT) will be processed on the next business day.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Locations

  • We deliver within Kampala and surrounding areas.

  • We also ship to upcountry locations across Uganda via trusted courier services.

Delivery Time

  • Kampala: Same day for orders placed before our order cut-off time.

  • Outside Kampala: 1–3 business days depending on location.

Shipping Fees

  • We provide free shipping around Kampala

  • Our team will contact you via phone call or WhatsApp to coordinate delivery.

  • Customers must ensure the provided contact details and address are correct.
