Refund policy

At Dream Home Store Ug, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to make it right.

Return Window You may return eligible items within 7 days from the date of purchase (for in-store purchases) or from the date of delivery/receipt (for online or delivered orders).

Eligible Items

  • We accept returns for both new (unused, in original packaging) and slightly used items (lightly used, no significant damage, stains, odors, pet hair, or heavy wear).
  • Items must be in good resaleable condition with all original tags, packaging, accessories, and documentation included where applicable.

What We Do Not Accept

  • Heavily used or damaged items
  • Clearance/final sale items (marked as such at purchase)
  • Special/custom orders
  • Mattresses, bedding, pillows, or hygiene-related products (for health and safety reasons)
  • Any item without proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Return Process

  • Free returns: We offer free return shipping for online orders (use the provided return label or contact us for instructions). In-store purchases can be returned to any Dream Home Store Ug location at no cost.
  • Bring or send the item(s) along with your original proof of purchase.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund.

Refund Details

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase (e.g., credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.).
  • Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive and approve the return (subject to your bank/payment provider's processing times, which may take additional days to appear in your account).
  • Original shipping/delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or damaged upon arrival).

Exchanges If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will happily assist you with selecting a replacement item of equal or greater value (subject to availability). Any price difference will be handled accordingly.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund (including original shipping costs) at our discretion.
